Pursuant to the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of September 29th, 2022 amending the ordinance on exemptions from the obligation to keep sales records using cash registers, car washing and cleaning services and alike, including those provided with the use of self-service devices, will be excluded from the possibility of using the exemptions from the obligation to use cash registers from February 1, 2023.
“Due to further difficulties of taxpayers in accessing fiscal devices and problems with the assembly and installation of these devices, the deadline was postponed again. Thus, entrepreneurs conducting this type of activity are obliged to keep records with the use of cash registers from February 1, 2023. Therefore, they gain an additional 4 months to introduce fiscal devices “- the Ministry of Finance announced in a release.

Przesunięcie terminu obowiązkowych kas fiskalnych na myjniach samochodowych
Zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 września 2022 r. zmieniającym rozporządzenie w sprawie zwolnień z obowiązku prowadzenia ewidencji sprzedaży przy zastosowaniu kas rejestrujących, usługi mycia, czyszczenia samochodów i podobne, w tym świadczone przy użyciu urządzeń samoobsługowych, będą wyłączone z możliwości korzystania ze zwolnień z obowiązku stosowania kas fiskalnych od 1 lutego 2023 r.
„Z uwagi na dalsze trudności podatników w dostępie do urządzeń fiskalnych oraz problemy z montażem i zainstalowaniem tych urządzeń termin został ponownie odroczony. Tym samym przedsiębiorcy prowadzących ten rodzaj działalności są zobowiązaniu do prowadzenia ewidencji przy użyciu kas rejestrujących od 1 lutego 2023 r. Zyskują więc dodatkowe 4 miesiące na wprowadzenie urządzeń fiskalnych” – podało MF w komunikacie.
